Yeah, low mileage is great! Make sure you double-check the recalls because I’m pretty sure there’s one for the battery cable too.
Okay, I will. They claim they fixed a recall for fuel system, ABS system, and electronics system.

Get some documentation on that fuel pump being replaced!

The replacement was done by the dealership I’m buying from; it’s on the service records they provided with date and mileage and it was on a recall. Is there more documentation I need or is that sufficient?
Take it to an independent Honda mechanic. I’m assuming you’re in the USA, but as an example where I am from (in Brampton, Ontario) there is a mechanic called “import performance auto” that ONLY works on Honda’s and Acura’s and my family has gone to him for decades. He did the pre-purchase inspection when I bought a used CRV. Just some general things to look for: rust on the underside, cheap tires, oil change records, if the CVT fluid has been changed (this should be done the first time at about 30,000 miles so it may not have been done). You’ll definitely want to get rust proofing underneath. Also check how worn the brakes are; if they will need to be changed soon then add that amount to the cost of the car essentially. For me, I got the dealer to change the brakes and put brand new tires on. Assume the best but prepare for the worst. Oh also, see if they’ve done an alignment. Check that the A/C works and that the display works and isn’t glitchy, as well as all the USB ports.
